East Africa’s best celebrity couple of Ugandan born Zari and iconic music star Diamond Platinumz are planning to through the biggest wedding ever in East Africa.
Although business Tycoon SK Mbuga and his wife Vivian still boast of having had the most expensive introduction and wedding ceremonies that allegedly cost Shs 3billon, Zari and Diamond are plotting to break that record.
Zari has promised to have the best of the best and if her promises are anything to go by, then let’s wait and see what next month unveils because that’s when the former Ugandan musician is planning to introduce her fiancée to her parents in Jinja.
Diamond has on a number of occasions visited his in-laws in Jinja but this is going to be a formal introduction estimated to cost about Shs 320million. After the giveaway, Zari confirmed that they want to throw the best wedding in East Africa.
“We are not under pressure to exchange vows because we have never sat down to plan out the wedding. We first want to advance our economic investments, by first building our children’s apartments which will help them in the future,” Zari said in a recent interview with local Tanzanian radio station, Clouds FM, before revealing that she’s going to first introduce Diamond Platinumz formally to her parents next month.
