Choosing vendors for a wedding, introduction or corporate event can feel like a second job. Dates fill up, prices vary, and you may not know your vision yet. Every great event is a team of professionals working together, so treat the vendor search as the first real step of planning, not a chore.
When to start
Now, even before the look is final. Good vendors help you shape the colours, menu and flow. Venues and photographers in Uganda fill up six to twelve months ahead for December and the dry seasons.
Which vendors to book first
