August 2025 will go down as a month the single and searching will be desperate to forget, because it’s come with one love story after another, wedding after winning. From Chosen Becky’s engagement to Solomon Kampala’ proposal to Helen Jacquez. On to Ellah’s glamourous wedding, then from Levixone and Desire Luzinda’s nuptials to Dr. Bbosa of the Ebonies being hosted for kukyala on Saturday 16.08.2025.

Well, allow us to rub it in a little more because we couldn’t resist sharing the gospel artist’s romantic letter to his newly wedding wife.

Lexivone took to his social to pen a romantic letter to his newly wedded wife after their pompous wedding on Friday 15.08.2025. He wrote, and I quote,

“My queen @desireluzinda, from the day I met you, I knew you were not just someone I would love you were someone I would build my life with. I’ve sung for many people, but your smile is the only stage I never want to leave. I’ve traveled to many places in the world, but your heart is the only home I truly want.

You are my peace when life gets loud, my clear light when things feel dark, and my prayer answered in the most beautiful way. I promise to pray for you before I hold you, to protect your heart with all I have, and to love you in a way that shows the world God’s goodness. Desire, today I don’t just become your husband I become the man who will spend the rest of his life proving that choosing you was the best thing I ever did.” – Read the post on the groom’s Instagram.

The year still has four months to go and yet we are already inclined to dub it the wedding of the year.

The groom had ten groomsmen who wore black tuxedos for the ceremony plus a best man (the renowned Andrew Kyamagero) while the bride pulled up with sixteen bridesmaids that were clad in black mismatched neckline dresses plus a maid of honor.

The celebrity couple were wedded by Phaneroo’s lead pastor and proprietor Grace Lubega at Serena Golf Course Hotel and Spa in Kigo.

It was an emotional roller-coaster for the day with the groom shading some tears upon seeing his belle of a bride while Desire at some point seemed to have fainted, possibly as a result of fatigue.

To Mr. & Mrs. Lubyogo, we wish you a successful and happy marriage. Photos by Daville
