It’s been an incredible year, and as we approach the end, we want to remind you once again that love is truly a beautiful thing.

The union of Rev. Mwesigwa Benard and Betty Milly is yet another testament to the beauty of love, for their love is just a friendship set on fire.

The two lovebirds had been friends for as long as they can remember, and knowing that marrying your best friend is the best thing that can happen to you, they took a leap of faith and explored a love adventure. Well, it ended in a happily ever after.

“Been friends for a long time and we go to the same Church. So we finally clicked and everything else was history,” Rev. Benard told Mikolo.

Rev. Benard and Milly were traditionally hitched on Friday 18th October 2024 before tying the knot at a beautiful white wedding ceremony just a fortnight later, on 2nd November 2024.

The two exchanged their vows at Nakabango Lutheran Church in Jinja City and hosted their reception as the Civil Service College Uganda, in the same city.

Congratulations to you Rev. Benard and Betty. We wish you a fruitful marriage filled with blessings.
