On 27th December 2022, Comedian Emeka Bareija, popularly known by his stage name, ‘The Romantic Mukiga’ was introduced by his significant other Asiimire Mackline at a wonderful kuhingira ceremony.
Before the giveaway, Asiimire had hosted the KFM radio presenter and wedding Emcee for their ‘okugamba obyengyi’ on 5th June 2022.
The customary wedding was hosted at the bride’s parents’ home in Bushenyi.
It was quite a lovely year for the couple. From their engagement in April, a kukyala (previsit) in June and a traditional union in December. They couldn’t have had it any other way.
