While the government was busy embarking on a self-destruction mission by levying taxes on Mobile Money and Social media, Diana and Alex Nuwamanya were busy planning to make their love official and known to the rest of the world.
Having been convinced beyond reasonable doubt that Alex is the man she wants to spend the rest of her life with, Diana decided to introduce him to her parents, family members, close relative and friends in a colorful Kuhingira in Rushere, Kiruhura District in Western Uganda.
