For over years now, radio presenter and city businessman Joel Isabirye aka lover boy has been playing different women ever since he broke up with his longtime lover Rebecca Jingo who he had legally married at Namirembe on December 5, 2013, in a lavish wedding. Well, Joel looks like he is about to settle with someone else and build a family with them.
Joel, who has had three posh weddings in the last twelve years was officially introduced by yet another socialite who goes by an alias Hipscious Kylar Nicky on Facebook but real name is Natalie Lukanga to her parents on 26th march in a traditional ‘Kukyala’ ceremony.
Hipscious Nicky, a former Gargamel Family member who is also said to have dated Galaxy FM’s Dj Nimrod and socialite Meddie Sentongo.
